Questions before you run a program
What uses a referral credit?
One credit is used when a Candidate personally verifies mobile, sees the job, meets its published basics, asks the Hiring Team to contact them, consents and submits. A phone number, click, retry or repeat submission to the same intake uses nothing more; a real application to a different program does.
Why are Referral Partners unlimited?
The network creates the value, so ReferCommander does not charge by the number of people willing to refer. Program posting uses no credits; plans are based on published program slots and qualified referrals.
What happens when credits run out?
New applications pause, while existing referrals and rewards remain available. A Candidate may ask for a 30-day reopen notification for that same program. The Company sees only the waiting count, not identities. Saved interest is not an application, reward or consent to other jobs; a credit is used only if the Candidate returns and qualifies when the same program reopens.
Does ReferCommander send reward payments?
No. Your Company pays Referral Partners outside ReferCommander. V1 creates the reward from the Candidate-confirmed qualified referral—not from hiring or onboarding—and records the due date, settlement reference and evidence.
How are plans and refills paid?
Paid plans are monthly and prepaid through hosted Razorpay checkout. Paid Companies can add a Flex refill of 25 credits for ₹1,750 or a Burst refill of 100 for ₹5,900. Both are prepaid, valid for 90 days, and confirmed only after captured-payment evidence.
What does a Candidate see before mobile verification?
Only a short teaser: the opportunity category, city, no-recruitment-fee promise and what verification unlocks. Full employer and job terms appear after OTP and before consent or application.
Is this a job marketplace or full ATS?
No. ReferCommander runs the trusted referral path around a real opportunity. It does not sell Candidates or replace your hiring system.
